The sense of connection, belongingness, and support signifies Social Wellness. The main factor to being socially well is communication. Spend quality time with your friends and volunteer for community work. It helps you build social skills to resolve any problems and meet new people.

Our life is full of ups and downs, and we need to cope with all the hardships of life while maintaining healthy relationships. It is known as Emotional Wellness. Intellectual Wellness is recognizing your creative abilities and exploring ways to expand those skills. An intellectual person never stops learning as he remains thirsty for knowledge.   1. Occupational

Being satisfied and enriched with your work is known as Occupational Wellness. The feeling of contribution and achievement is invaluable, as it allows you to communicate your values in the tasks you do. Start by setting career goals for yourself and working hard towards achieving them.

  1. Financial

If you are satisfied with how much you make, then you are financially well. People who are financially well are usually more productive in their work. Planning is a crucial element to Financial Wellness. You must set budgets and goals, save strategically, plan for retirement and even take financial literacy classes.
