Sports Performance Training

With one-on-one training, Take Flight works to increase speed and strength while decreasing an athlete’s risk for injury during the season. Our training focuses on explosiveness, lateral speed, change of direction, strength, and sports-specific movements; strengthening of all the major muscles of the body in a functional training manor and performance enhancement.

Whether you’re preparing for recruitment or looking to stay focused and in shape during the off-season, our coaches will create a program that fits you.

FLIGHT Boot Camp

Our boot camps are designed to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

The class is a combination of strength, endurance, agility, and mobility. You’ll work to push yourself both inside the gym and out, in order to reach your maximum potential.

Our classes are 45 minutes in length. We keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end! FLIGHT Bootcamp is about a team environment where both your trainer and fellow athletes motivate and challenge you to reach your highest potential.

Added bonus: All Participants will receive our FLIGHT Nutrition Plan.
